Derenda Beasley has been working in the field of psychiatry for 14 years. She is dual certified as a family nurse practitioner as well as a psychiatric nurse practitioner. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Jacksonville State University at Alabama, Master’s of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University Illinois and Post Mater’s Certificate from Maryville University Missouri. Common disorders treated include ADHD, Depression, Generalized Anxiety, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorders, and PTSD among other conditions.

It is her passion to help people succeed in achieving better mental health, physical health, and happiness. She will work with patients to develop the most effective medication treatment plan using the least amount of medications to decrease and alleviate symptoms. Everyone is entitled to a compassionate provider who believes in them and will help them work toward their goals.
