I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master's of Nursing from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. Having been recognized by the American Psychiatric Nurses Association for scholarly work in the field of psychiatry, I have a passion for bringing the most up-to-date treatment recommendations to your behavioral health journey. Our minds, just as our selves, are complex and dynamic, and I find that best outcomes occur when we incorporate an individual’s strengths, cultural customs and beliefs, and wellness practices into their treatment plans.

With a history of working in both community mental health and federally qualified health settings, I have a passion for equitable access to mental health services and am dedicated to the provision of de-stigmatized mental health care for all those I treat. I believe working towards mental well-being is a collaborative process between provider and client, and one that is best accomplished by utilizing a holistic and trauma-informed approach unique to each person’s own lived experiences. I strive to make every client feel welcome, safe, and supported, such that you are never alone in your mental health journey.

I enjoy seeing adult clients with focal areas including but not limited to anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and substance use. Outside of work you can often find me volunteering as a Disaster Counselor with the Red Cross, paddling/skiing/hiking or doing just about anything outside, and spending time with my dog Kaia.
